PSM I: Scrum Artifacts practice questions
60 questions on Scrum Artifacts, one of the 8 areas assessed in Professional Scrum Master I. Untimed, with an explanation after every answer.
This topic covers the three artifacts and the commitment attached to each: the Product Backlog with its Product Goal, the Sprint Backlog with its Sprint Goal, and the Increment with its Definition of Done. Expect questions on who is accountable for each, on Product Backlog refinement, and on how the artifacts make the work transparent.
The three commitments are the Product Goal, the Sprint Goal and the Definition of Done; a Definition of Ready is not one of them. The Product Backlog is never complete. An Increment is additive to all prior Increments, several can be created in one Sprint, and releasing one need not wait for the Sprint Review.
What are the three artifacts in Scrum?
